Joykexo ist eine weibliche Figur, die in der Guarani-Kultur die Fruchtbarkeit darstellt. Außerdem ist es die Guarani-Bezeichnung für das Sternbild, das von Mintaka, Alnilam und Alnitak gebildet wird, nämlich der Gürtel des Orion oder, in der christlichen Tradition, die Drei Marien. Da es das sichtbarste und am leichtesten zu erkennende Sternbild ist, ist es wahrscheinlich das erste, das Kinder kennen lernen.

Apropos Maria: Mary ist auch der Name der mutierten Figur mit den drei Brüsten, die in dem Film Total Recall (1990) zur revolutionären und subversiven Klasse gehört - eine Produktion, die trotz ihrer Altersfreigabe in den 90er Jahren dank wiederholter TV-Ausstrahlungen in Brasilien zum kulturellen Repertoire der Teenager gehörte.

Joykexo (2023), eine Darstellung der Himmelskarte (Alt 34°-40°, Az 172,5°-180°, am 13.02.2023, in Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland), feiert nicht nur die Vorstellungskraft von Kindern und Jugendlichen, sondern auch die Vielfalt der Körper, denn jede Brust hat ihre eigene Form, Größe, Farbe, Textur und ihren eigenen Glanz, genau wie die Sterne. Tatsächlich stehen die Dreidimensionalität und die Texturen, die in diesem Kunstwerk erforscht werden, im Gegensatz zu den traditionellen zweidimensionalen Darstellungen des Himmels, analog zu den Brüsten, die aus der Körperoberfläche herausragen.

Joykexo is a womanly figure that represents fertility in Guarani culture. It is also the Guarani name for the constellation formed by Mintaka, Alnilam and Alnitak, namely the Belt of Orion or, in the Christian tradition, the Three Marys. As it is the most visible and easily recognisable constellation, it is probably the first one that children learn about.

Speaking of Marys: Mary is also the name of the mutant character with three breasts who is part of the revolutionary and subversive class in the film Total Recall (1990) - a production that, despite its age rating, became part of the cultural repertoire of teenagers in the 1990s thanks to repeated TV broadcasts in Brazil.

Joykexo (2023), a representation of the celestial map (Alt 34°-40°, Az 172.5°-180°, on 13 February 2023, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany), celebrates not only the imagination of children and teenagers, but also the diversity of bodies, as each breast has its own shape, size, colour, texture, and shine, just like the stars. In fact, the three-dimensionality and textures explored in this artwork contrast with traditional two-dimensional representations of the sky, analogous to breasts protruding from the surface of the body.

Joykexo é uma mulher que, na cultura guarani, representa a fertilidade. Além disso, é a designação da constelação formada por Mintaka, Alnilan e Alnitaka, o Cinturão de Órion, ou, na tradição cristã, as Três Marias. Por ser a mais visível e facilmente identificável, provavelmente é a primeira sobre a qual as crianças aprendem. 

Aliás, Mary (Maria) também é o nome da personagem mutante da classe revolucionária e subversiva com três mamas no filme O Vingador do Futuro (1990) - produção que, apesar da classificação e em função das repetidas reprises televisivas vespertinas brasileiras, fez parte do repertório infanto-juvenil da década de 90.

Além do imaginário infanto-juvenil, Joykexo (2023), sendo uma representação do mapa do céu (Alt 34°-40°, Az 172,5°-180°, de 13.02.2023, em Frankfurt am Main, Alemanha) celebra a diversidade de corpos, uma vez que cada mama tem seu próprio formato, tamanho, cor, textura e brilho, assim como as estrelas. Inclusive, a tridimensionalidade e as texturas exploradas neste trabalho se contrapõem às representações bidimensionais tradicionais do céu, sendo análogas às mamas, que emergem da superfície corporal.
